At Simply Adored we believe that happy customers do make the absolute best customers. We stand behind our products and brands.
At this time we only offer a return for store credit. 
If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us at and we'll be happy to discuss a return for credit within the first five (5) days of you receiving your order.
Please know that all shipping costs are non-refundable and any credit will not be processed until the returned item(s) are received by Simply Adored Children's Co. All shipping costs to return the original item(s) and the shipping cost associated with obtaining any new product(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
Simply Adored Children's Co does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged product(s) being returned. Simply Adored recommends that you provide tracking and insurance for product(s) being returned as well as keep a record of the product(s) condition prior to their return. 
Please know that all bathing suits, undergarments, tights, socks & some accessories.
All SALE items are also considered final sale.

Simply Adored ships exclusively with Canada Post and are currently open to shipping to Canada wide and to the United States and Australia.
We offer coinvent & reasonable flat rate shipping based upon your orders weight. For instance, a package weighing 0-5lbs costs a $16.00 flat rate anywhere in Canada.
Orders of $175.00CAD will receive free shipping to both Canada and the United States.
Fulfillment of your order currently takes two (2) - five (5) business days before heading out to ship.
Simply Adored cannot guarantee delivery times due to the current COVID-19 situation. Canada Post cannot guarantee these delivery times either. 
Once your order has been processed by Canada Post you will receive an email outlining your shipping information and tracking (if applicable). As soon as the package leaves our hands and is Canada Post's procession we are no longer responsible for your product(s). This includes, lost, damaged or stolen items during shipment & delivery. 
Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
